Refund and Exchange Policy

We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at IndiCharkha.com. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Indi Charkha, you agree to the terms set forth as below :

WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND/EXCHANGE? 

In the odd case that you do not love your Indi Charkha products, here is our Policy on refunds/exchanges: -

The Indi Charkha products are handmade so not all products are returnable but in some cases our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed-upon time. *Return pickup shall be chargeable. * 

Once the return Has been authorized, 

You will recieve the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Indi Charkha account within 48 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. 

Exchange is availaible for all the products,

However Return and Exchange cannot be done on product bought on discounted rate or in sale price or by using coupans.

You have to make an return request within 24 hours of recieving the product and within 3 days the return shipment should be shipped. 

Also, We do not offer exchanges or cancellations for MTO (Made To Order) Products. If there's any excess amount left after the exchange has taken place, we'll refund such amount in the form of store credit or we will issue you an exclusive GIFT Card which you can easily redeem on your next purchase.

  • All returns/exchange are subject to the discretion of Indi Charkha. But we're a friendly bunch!

IMPORTANT NOTE 

  1. 1. We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be any, please inform us via mail at - namaste@indiCharkha.com. Our Indi Charkha Care team will assist you with any questions you may have. 
  1. 2. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair not all products (especially MTO) are eligible for returns.
