We sell rugs, cushion covers! Probably the best rug you will ever find! You should buy one ASAP

A house to start with? We are kidding, you need nothing, just wrap around these rugs on your shoulder. Kidding again, C'mon dear who asks such questions?

Sorry friend, you need to be extremely careful before buying our rugs. Most of the time owners have complained that their guests tend to steal these rugs after seeing them. Ketty's ex tried hiding one of her IC cushion covers underneath his shirt So we are not exactly sure whether they would stay in your house or not, guarantee my shhhh!

Ahh! Not a big deal, all you have to do is click on "Login" button available on top right corner of the website and then click on "FORGOT PASSWORD" text, you will be redirected to another window where you will be asked to enter your registered email address, follow the instructions written in email. In the world full of tech savvy ideas, we thought of making our website mobile responsive and instead save some memory space in your phone. We don't have any mobile app right now but you can access our website from your phone's browser. We recommend you to use the saved phone space to click some beautiful pictures of yours

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark โ€œUrgentโ€ in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Orders, Products and Payments

In case you are ordering more than 20 pieces/item then you can email us the product page's link along with desired quantity and fulfillment date and we will get you sorted. For orders below 20 quantity please increase the quantity by clicking on PLUS (+) sign available on top of each product page or alternatively you can find the same button in checkout page

How on earth can our product go out of stock? Must be a marketing gimmick from our new intern I guess! Anyways send us an email to namaste@indicharkha.com along with a product link and we will try to fulfill it ASAP.

We take it to the heart when we realise that you took so much pain in finding that very PROMO CODE (i just hope that promo code hasn't expired). We at IndiCharkha eat, sleep and dream Rugs and we are on the mission to spread the same mental condition to everyone we can(like who else eat Rugs? Eww) Try using them in the APPLY COUPON box available on the checkout page. Let us know if they are working, will pause them ASAP!

Of course you do! But for a second or two only, had it been me I would have panicked so much that I might end up smashing my computer. (Oh shit more loss of money) Kidding, we follow the most advanced and PCI DSS compliant payment gateway rules and regulations, every payment (even the failed ones) are tracked. Come to our factory bruh! We will show you our craftsmanship, will sip coffee (will add coffee in final invoice) and then you can pickup your product? Alternatively, you can email us your pin code, product page's link and order quantity. If it's a bulk order or a special occasion then we will do whatever best we can.

Refunds, Replacements, Problems

Haha that must be a shock for a moment I guess? Anyways just open your IndiCharkha account and click on โ€œMy Orders", select the respective product and upload the reason for refund. Make sure whole process is done within 24 hours of you receiving the product! We will then judge whether it's a right case for refund or not. In case of a right request we will either give you an equal value coupon to place another order or in extreme cases we can refund the amount the same way you payed us.

I'm glad my co-founder allowed me to put this as question! So basically you have to place a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of you receiving the product. No exceptions accepted.

Okay so let us Un-Hide those guidelines clearly:
1. No returns/replacements are accepted if the product is not returned/replaced in its original form/condition
2. No returns/replacements are accepted if the product does not have it's original brand tag, price tag and other packaging items
3. No returns/replacements are accepted if you cross the 24 hours deadline.
4. No returns/replacements are accepted if the order is customly designed and manufactured for you (aka- "Made To Order")
5. No returns/replacements are accepted if you like our product to the bottom of your heart!

Usually it takes 48 hours for our team to approve your refund, in case you have received the approval email/message then it will take 4-7 business days for your bank to reflect the payment in your account

Thank you so much, you saved us a day in going through payment details. All you have to do is login to your dashboard and click on "MY ORDERS" and then click on the respective product. You will find a button named REPLACEMENT, follow the instructions there and pack your product and wait for shipping personnel to contact you. Kindly note that the replacement requests are subject to IndiCharkha's approval and we reserve the right to cancel any replacement request anytime. However your replacements are automatically cancelled if the replaced product is not in the original condition when we receive
